I went in for a scheduled maintenance service and oil change, and the experience was excellent. My technician, Matt, sent me a video inspection that clearly explained the condition of my vehicle and his recommendations. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to complete the recommended services that day. Being able to review the recommendations and decide what to tackle later made the experience much less stressful. We were in and out, and the customer service was outstanding. Thanks, Matt!

I don't write reviews very often, but Round Rock Hyundai absolutely earned this one. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you're making a major life change. I walked into Round Rock Hyundai looking for the right vehicle to begin a new chapter—transitioning into a nomadic lifestyle with my little dog, Dolly. Quick and easy booking and check in. The waiting area is one of the best I’ve experienced. It’s comfortable, both soft seating and tables it work at and lots of drinks/snacks! I received texts with details of what the service indicated was needed to be completed. Apologized that it took a little longer because they were extremely busy.

The first interaction with Mr. Will was quite interesting. His first words were along the line of "Thank you so much for being patient and not acting all grumpy at me". I thought that was quite an odd first interaction. Still, an appreciation is an appreciation. I replied to him "Yeah, no problem haha". My Santa Fe had an issue with the rear-seat sensor. It had been falsely alarming me that something or someone was in the backseat and gave a scary red alarm notification on my center console that something needs to be done about it. The annoying part was that it was intermittent and not always happening. It took me multiple visits and multiple disappointments of poor inspection that they replied "Well it didn't pop up when we tried it". Had to revisit many times and set up appointments to get my car back. Also, Mr. Will was absolutely horrible at getting back to me and giving notifications. He was never available and was horrible at giving a call or text messages back. This made me sometimes just visit the shop and talk to the lady at the end. She replied "You need to talk to Will about it". I was getting tossed around and felt like a child caught between divorced parents. What an

Great service, answered my questions but the wait time was just too long. I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change. I realize they do an inspection & they did wash my car but possibly under 2 hours would be preferred.
